Julio R. Garcia, Jr., 89, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday, March 26, 2016. He was born in Robstown, Texas on August 29, 1926 to Julio, Garcia, Sr., and Lucia Rodriguez Garcia. Julio was raised by his aunt and uncle, Cuco and Lillie Gonzalez after his mother passed away. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army.
